• Account information. Your validated email address and a securely hashed password, used only for authentication.
• Bond data. The denominations and prize bond numbers you enter or import into your portfolio.
• Usage data. Aggregated, anonymous statistics about page performance and error logs, used to improve the platform.

We restrict the use of your data to the following technical purposes:

• Match your saved bonds against official National Savings draw lists.
• Send proactive email notifications when you win a prize or there is a security alert.
• Improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of our checking engine.

We use industry standard encryption: TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, and AES 256 for data at rest. Bond numbers are encrypted before they are stored, so even our team cannot read your portfolio. Authentication uses HttpOnly cookies, and our infrastructure is hosted in secure data centres with continuous monitoring.

You stay in control of your data at all times. You can:

• Export. Download a complete CSV copy of your saved bonds at any time.
• Delete. Permanently remove your account and all associated data from the Settings page. This flushes your records from our active databases.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors use the site. We also display advertisements served by third party ad networks.

• Essential cookies. Used for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics for anonymous, aggregated usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is sent.
• Advertising. Google AdSense displays ads on certain pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, including device identifiers and approximate location.
• Your choices. Opt out of personalised advertising at any time via Google's Ad Settings, or read more about how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Third party cookies. Block them in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use PakBonds.

Your bond numbers, email address, and account credentials are never shared with any advertising partner. Advertising relies only on standard browsing signals, never on the financial data you store with us.
