By accessing or using PakBonds, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language, but please read them carefully.
Usage license
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, and revocable license to use PakBonds for personal, non commercial prize bond management. Under this license you agree not to:
- Deploy automated bots, spiders, or intensive scrapers to extract data from our service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any proprietary code or algorithms powering the platform.
- Use the service to facilitate any illegal financial activity under Pakistani law.
Account security
When creating an account you take full responsibility for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify our team immediately of any suspected unauthorised access or breaches. PakBonds is not liable for loss or corruption of data resulting from your failure to secure your password.
Service availability
We architect our infrastructure for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in order to perform maintenance or upgrades.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakBonds, its developers, and stakeholders are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of physical bonds, unrealised prize claims due to alert failures, data loss, or emotional distress.
Updates and jurisdiction
